Wow, I hadn't heard about this. I suppose it's been a long time coming but that's pretty much an official notice from SOE that they are no longer interested in the continuation of the test server community.

We don't have any minimum attendance. We go by DKP so the more you show up the more loot you get, but that's the only restriction.
